Process improvement and ERP alignment on a manufacturing programme. Outside IR35, on site in Scotland, with a short notice start.

Key responsibilities

  • Review and optimise business and operational processes.
  • Align manufacturing workflows with ERP capabilities.
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements.
  • Produce reports, process maps and improvement recommendations.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and project discussions.
  • Support successful delivery of key project objectives.

Requirements

  • Experience in business analysis within complex or regulated industries.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and process improvement.
  • ERP and process mapping experience.
  • Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Able to work on site and deliver within a fast paced contract environment.
  • Available to start at short notice.

Desirable

  • Background in defence, engineering or advanced manufacturing sectors.
  • Experience supporting ERP transformation or operational change programmes.

On site in Scotland. Determined outside IR35.
