Putting a delivery function in place at a business that has been running projects on goodwill.
A Cambridge business has grown past the point where projects can be run in the gaps between everyone's day job, and is hiring its first proper project manager.
The first year is a network refresh, a Microsoft 365 migration and the start of a data platform build. The second year is whatever the business decides it needs, which is why they want someone who can shape a portfolio rather than only run a plan.
Three days a week on site in Cambridge. BPSS screening applies.

We work a small number of roles properly rather than a large number badly. You will deal with the consultant who owns the vacancy, you will know where your CV is going before it goes there, and you will get an answer either way.
We have a reputation for moving quickly, so we are only able to respond to candidates who closely match the requirements of the role. If you have a question about this vacancy or about your application, call the team direct on the number in the footer.
We also offer a £250 referral bonus if you introduce someone we go on to place.
You must be eligible to work in the UK.
Your application comes straight to the consultant who owns this vacancy. We will never send your CV to a client without asking you first.
